What Is Weak Passport?
Weak passport means a person will not given easy access in a foreign country. There are certain restrictions imposed on those people whose country has weak passport, before they enter.
Of course they have to acquire visa, have to pay huge amount of fees, pass interview, submit a lot of paperwork and after all there is still a risk that a person will not be given access in a country.

Mostly Asian countries are middle income countries. In India, a middle class can afford an air travel easily. The education is also good. English language is spoken here and which is well penetrated. India also have a good quality skill development.
This ensures that the people from India can easily acquire jobs, education and business in a foreign country. But, India have a population of almost 1.35+ Billion. This is why an availability of visa is tough and unprecedented. The lot of immigrants will increased, mass population will try to get visa in countries like USA, Europe and elsewhere.

Indian government can also do some bilateral agreements to make visa control better. Foreign counties need to do reforms in terms of giving a visa to the Indian people. Indian government will have to pressurize them to do so.

Indian people can acquire USA Visa. If a person gets USA Visa then he or she will ultimately get visa from 49 countries, where you just have to show USA visa to enter. After minimizing the India and USA common countries for accessing a visa, 37 more countries will give an access where Indians can enter based on the USA Visa.
This will give you 96 countries' Visa directly. There is a same for European countries and Canada. This is the only thing which Indians can do.
